This website reports repository evidence. The website review did not rerun the product's evaluations. No product binaries, models or private evaluation data are distributed by these notes.

Implemented foundations
- README.md, What works: native clients, local SQLite memory, provenance and revisions, permission-controlled observation, tested routines and reversals.
- Docs/validation/2026-09-23-f04-windows-evidence/: Windows parity; remaining accessibility and CI checks are documented in the repository README.
- Docs/validation/2026-09-27-f07-mac-rerun/: local foundation validation. The dated F07/D48 records supersede older introductory text saying that no real model is bound.
- Docs/validation/2026-09-28-d48-serving-mac/README.md: real Generation 0 serving variant certified on the Mac; master retained on the Windows PC. Serving does not establish unrestricted competence.
- Docs/validation/2026-09-29-f09-mac/README.md and corresponding Windows evidence: skills, concepts and predictive world models measured in the declared workspace tasks.
- Docs/validation/2026-09-30-f10-mac/README.md and corresponding Windows evidence: familiarity, durable work and initiative; CI closure remains named as pending in the reviewed records.

Incomplete validation
- Docs/validation/2026-10-01-f11-windows/README.md: implemented neural development machinery and individual module tests, synthetic-artifact experiments; real 8B completion set, final full engine rerun, Mac work and CI not run in that record. Synthetic experiments are not evidence of real-model intelligence growth.
- Docs/validation/2026-10-02-f12-mac-completion/README.md (final results dated 4 October): browser interaction proposal-qualified on local test material, demonstrated workflow skill qualified. Local selector rejected at its stated threshold. Sealed unseen-app evaluation, PC perception/visual fallback, Windows work and CI remain open.

Exploring
- Docs/FINAL_IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md: broader companion experience, application competence, coordinated organization and selective specialization. Planned systems are not counted as implemented by this website.

Website visuals
- The authored ALPHA model and fifteen-second concept film express intended form.
- Website greeting, gaze, blinking and breathing are procedural character animation. They do not connect to the product engine, infer emotion or demonstrate model reasoning.
- Native clients and paired worker infrastructure are distinct from a seamless companion across devices.
